Today's Checklist:
  • Go through the slides and watch the video posted on this page.  
  • Then, go to Explore Activism
    • listen to the short audio story on the left side of the screen.
    • Then pick either "AntiRacism" or "Feminism"
    • Read quotes and pick one to focus on.  Complete the purple questions in the reflection document (posted above).
  • After checking in with class, continue to Explore: Chicago
    • Choose either "Kitchenettes" or "Restrictive Covenants"
    • Follow the instructions posted in each box
    • Follow along and answer questions from the red "Chicago" section of the reflection document
  • After checking in with class, continue to Explore: Movements
    • Choose to explore either "Civil Rights" or "Harlem & Chicago Renaissances"
    • Watch the video on topic you selected and read short article posted.
    • Then answer the question in the reflection document.
  • After final check in with class, complete "Making Connections" section of the reflection document.  Be ready to share and turn in document by the end of class period.
